Test Mode and Configuration folder

Added folder for configurations. Also added "test mode" configuration to add a "test buy" button for testing on local computer. Also can specify API used. Defaults to Omegav.no. Also moved media to its own folder to make it more tidy. While branch name is generic, commit messages make sense
